Public Authority Governing Board

The Public Authority Governing Board is an 11-member, volunteer Governing Board that meets once a month to conduct In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program oversight.  The majority of the Board is comprised of people who are current or past Consumers of paid personal assistant services.  Currently nine members represent Nevada County and two members represent Sierra County.  The meetings are held at the Grass Valley Public Authority office the 4th Friday of every month and are open to the public.
